| Ray Midey operator of Ray's Bakery, has spent most of his adult life cooking and baking in Alaska. Over those years he has created a favorite collection of recipes for cooking large quantities, that he used everywhere from fine dining restaraunts,to the pipeline camps on the "NORTH SLOPE", to his own bakery he owned and operated.
